well back day was kinda a bust...t bar rows kinda kicked my ass! but i guess in the scheme of things it all turned out okay. still in the cutting phase of my diet so significant strength increases i dont see taking place for a time now.
one arm dumbbell rows *dumbbells only go up to 125lbs*

one arm hammer strength lat rows *was impressed with the weight moved even if towards the end there was a little cheating i feel i hit my back well with the

and the good ol racquet ball for cardio! during the 20 minutes i was hitting around i managed to keep my heart rate above 115 the entire session...even when resting for five minutes...*basically meaning i need to get my ass in better shape*
