back day...critique for me

well back day was kinda a bust...t bar rows kinda kicked my ass! but i guess in the scheme of things it all turned out okay. still in the cutting phase of my diet so significant strength increases i dont see taking place for a time now.

one arm dumbbell rows *dumbbells only go up to 125lbs*
10x100x1
10x125x4

t-bar rows
10x135x1
10x200x1
10x250x1
*frankly these numbers make me sick..but nothing i can really do about it cept grow*

one arm hammer strength lat rows *was impressed with the weight moved even if towards the end there was a little cheating i feel i hit my back well with the
10x90x1
10x135x1
10x180x2

closed grip cable rows
10x135x1
10x165x1
10x185x1 (probably could have hit 200 but was pretty much spent from everything else done prior)

and the good ol racquet ball for cardio! during the 20 minutes i was hitting around i managed to keep my heart rate above 115 the entire session...even when resting for five minutes...*basically meaning i need to get my ass in better shape*

Not to bad bro, looks really similar to mine.  You have a lot of S**t in there to give you thickness, I would incorporate some type of lat pulldowns (or pullups) to really stretch them out and widen your lats.

Back is a funny thing, it is really the only group of muscles that don't seem to fall off while cutting in my experience.  I would keep hitting them hard. 

Heres mine:

3x10-12 front lat pulldows
3x10-12 rear lat pulldowns
3x10-12 close grip front lat pulldowns
3x10-12 t bar rows
3x10-12 one arm dumbell rows

4x10 deadlifts every other week

Some might say it's too much but I've gotten some great results on it.  Back is so big

Looks pretty good dude.  I would also suggest some pulldowns.  It will help add the separation in you lats on.  Heres mine.

4x10-12 lat pulldowns
4x10-12 t bar rows
4x10-12 dumbell rows
4x10-12 cabel or machine rows (i mix it up)
3x10-12 close grip front pulldowns
ever other week ill end or start with wide grip pull ups

my back is pretty wide...i was hoping this was  good thickness routine..i'm going to use as much free weights and i possibly can cept for a last burnout cable exercise and the hammer strength machine..i love that thing! and pulling 180lbs never felt so good!

i prefer...

Deadlifts
weighted chins - vary your grip every few weeks
one arm DB rows
DB or machine pullovers

choose your number of sets and reps depending on how you like to train. i like low volume with heavy weight.
