Actually there have been several studies recently on higher dosages of creatine. Look into it.

Thanks Chaos, I will do that. I used to take creatine regularly when I was hitting the gym on a regular basis. My long-term memory is fine, but I believe my short-term memory has diminished somewhat in recent years. My energy levels are also not as high as they were previously, and Creatine helps with this too.

I do take a shitload of supplements daily, all of which are touted to be good for people’s health, both mental and physical. Amazon loves me and my multiple supplement subscriptions. ;D

You are correct deadz, creatine does raise creatinine levels. But this usually is not a problem.

Yes, there has been a lot of buzz of upping the creatine to 10g+ daily for cognitive benefits.  Definitely check it out.  Good luck.

Maybe if I take the correct amount of creatine, I will remember not to leave my keys/fob in the car at the market like I did yesterday. Fortunately, I realized this within a couple of minutes and quicky retrieved them before someone stole my car.  :)
