Are you still trying Daves' Keto diet? Personally I think Keto is BS for most people. Just dial it back and incorporate bodyweight shit like jumping jacks, squats, burpees, etc and the fat will melt off.
Has nothing to do with diet and I actually train more and eat much cleaner. The medication i have to take has essentially wrecked my thyroid production as well as my endocrine system. I also have bouts of fatigue to which keeps me from going to work occassionally
But the alternative is being dead so I'll take the bloat and safety fat
