Alan Fortney has sadly and suddenly passed last night. It’s suspected it was a heart attack. He was well known here for being outspoken and brutally honest.... but in person he was actually a gentle soul. I spoke to him many times at various shows. He was a big boy in person. He used to write many articles for Musclemag. In fact, he would ghost write many articles for the top pros too.

May he Rest In Peace.

Alan might be in people's minds because he was Jade, The Gladiator's ( old time poster ) friend from Baltimore (or around there). She used to post about him. Alan was a heavy guy too, and close in age to Fortress ( Robert ).
