If this goes to court and if he is found to be 'innocent' ..... is it remotely possible that he could sue Pecker and the IFBB simply because everyone  in the good old USA is considred to be innocent until proven guilty by a court of law ... and not according to public opinion.

It may have been more resonable if Mr. Pecker had asked him to step-aside until this situation was brought to trial.

Any up to date lawyers on this board?

That’s what I was just saying today - It’s a tough situation to be in both for him & her.
If the Law presumes You are innocent until proven guilty - He Effectively has been prevented
From earning his living as he is a Pro Bodybuilder & Current Mr Olympia.

Not knowing American Law - Would he not have a case if he is Found innocent?
