Of course, it is the worst biceps machine ever built.
LOL at the typical tool here who is completely devoid of sufficient intelligence to create something new and interesting.Arthur Jones changed fitness and gym equipment forever....yet he never made a biceps-supinator machine. I got the idea from Arthur because he wrote about how one of the main functions of the biceps is supination. Quite difficult to come up with a device that allowed supination and flexion at the same time. I got a patent for it.Then it took years to refine and modify the invention so that it is simpler and also user friendly.Of course, it is the best biceps machine ever built.

Happy late Birthday Vince! On a side note, Arthur Jones was a marketing genius not a scientific or engineering genius. He was smart enough to convince millions of people that moving weight on one of his big blue machines was superior to free weights or even calisthenics. Also his supination theory was bullshit as well. Supination will mess up a trainer's elbows over time.
I have used the biceps-supinator consistently for a couple of years now. No damage done to the elbows or any development of the biceps whatsoever.
I have used the biceps-supinator consistently for a couple of years now. No damage done to the elbows. What can harm the elbows is contact with pads. I modified biceps and triceps machines so that no contact with elbows can occur......thus, no damage. My machine has no pads that can contact the elbows.
Neutral grip is best (hammer curl).
Only for the Brachis.
I train arms once a week and also do some hiking in the bush re my photography. I never enjoyed training.I hope to set up my home gym when I can clear my factory of so much stuff. I dislike selling things like gym equipment.Sorry to disappoint the Flotsam but I am not a poofter.
You say you never enjoyed training....amazing!
We still love Vince though! (for what he has done for bicepssupination and defending Earth against Aliens in his battlestation)CONGRATULATIONS VINCE BASILE!
your brother in Christ,
Miserable old looser, now he blames Australia for his misery .Until recently he was self proclaim philosopher, gym & penthouse owner, successful businessman, inventor, etc, etc .................& now 77yo NOBODY
are you seriously belittling the creator of the safety fat theory
It amazes me that people like lifting weights. Had I enjoyed it I might have gotten a bit bigger. On the other hand, I doubt I wore my body out like many of the bodybuilders like Sergio Oliva, Chris Dickerson, Frank Zane, and even Arnold.I emigrated to Australia and not Venice Beach. Motivation lacking in Australia compared to being at Golds Gym.
He hates J.C., read his posts
Training to failure makes one miserable and this is one reason why it is an inferior way to train long term. People move towards pleasure and away from pain so making the training painful almost ensures the trainer will quit. Arthur Jones would train hard a few months and then quit for years. Ditto for Mentzer and Yates.
most wine ages gracefully. Chateau De Basile anno 1942 seems to become more and more bitter with each passing year.
