I didnt think you were being critical pal, I dont think I had fully flexed my abs in the second photo

Did you get any feedback from the judges for this? How can they say he is worthy of first and you came eighth? Unless his back was a game changer this is another loopy bodybuilding decision.

I think these days its seems to be conditioning above all else, sure you have to be in shape but to ignore everything except condition makes it a dieting contest

this is the top six with my photo, mines sligghtly bigger, but you get the gist for comparison

Guy who won best pose the most muscular crab shot. He was definitely shredded but you should hold your head up high, the result doesn't reflect how good you looked and how close it was. Well done, don't get put off you did great.

back up onstage next September, had few health issues but back on the mend, not 100% yet but over the worst.
