When us common folk get old and our looks change, the first thing that doesn't come to mind is did they have plastic surgery and it failed. Women in particular, lose some of the softness in their faces as they age unless they gain weight. That softness is a result of 'baby fat'. One of the clues is whether their lips are fuller then they were when they were younger. As we age, both men and women, our lips get thinner. Another noticeable thing is wrinkles. While not everyone gets wrinkles, women are more prone to them for the reason I mentioned above about losing fatty tissue in the face. Older women with very tight skin, most likely had plastic surgery.
