There are two constants with successful blue and white collar workers and professionals: skill and integrity. Any honest person who functions in the real world can confirm this. Integrity (and the trust that accompanies it) is the most valuable currency a person can have in business. Like I mentioned, there is no on-and-off switch. You have it, or you don't.
