Your hypothetical is dishonest (like you) because you have stated on the board that it's ok for public health officials to lie to the public. So your embracement of dishonesty is much broader than allegedly trying to prevent someone from committing suicide or lying to your wife. As your posts have demonstrated, you simply lack integrity.
God has blessed me to interact and do business with people from all walks of life, both white and blue collar workers and professionals of all kinds. There are two constants with successful blue and white collar workers and professionals: skill and integrity. Any honest person who functions in the real world can confirm this. Integrity (and the trust that accompanies it) is the most valuable currency a person can have in business. Like I mentioned, there is no on-and-off switch. You have it, or you don't. You are struggling to understand this, because (a) you are a simpleton, (b) you are on the spectrum, (c) you smoke marijuana every day, and (d) you are dishonest. Tough combination.
Rhetorical question, but have you stopped to consider that the version of today's marijuana is much more dangerous than in years past, causing things like psychosis, etc.? That might explain why you keep making a fool of yourself?
You are again mischaracterizing my position. You either don't understand it or are purposely doing it in bad faith. Again, perhaps try and understand what I am saying because you clearly do not. It's ok to ask questions and try and figure things out. You also clearly didn't understand the quote I posted as you are going on about the same thing. If integrity is doing the right thing then the right thing can be lying, you aren't even coherent in your approach here. I am not entirely sure you understand the words you are using. If lying is always bad then you should speak the truth no matter the consequences. Call people ugly, tell them the truth even when it will result in an evil and harm--- ya that makes sense!! Moron. Shall I go on or can we see how pathetic and childish your position is? it's laughably dumb, like all your other positions. You are a creationist maga boomer HAHAHA. Add in egotistical and you have a venn diagram of pure stupid. My hypotheticals put the lie to your position because you are stuck in the 1800's. Welcome to the postmodern era old man.
You are a creationist it's about as dumb a position as a human can have. You have exhibited a black and white view of life which is developmentally stunted as I have proven. You have no idea what integrity is from my simple example. You appear to believe that these ideas exist in a vacuum and are not shot through with relationality, very odd position.
You are still butthurt about my autism comment and I made you look foolish for reiterating it, so much so you abandoned the thread you coward. You have absolutely zero integrity, you support a man who rug pulled people for billions, who tried to incarcerate an innocent man, a fraud (proven) , adulterer, tax cheat etc etc... Your support speaks louder than your hollow words. You searched for something ten years back because you can't have an actual debate lol
You are a typical maga, hypocritical, sanctimonious and low iq
a janus faced, duplicitious old man trying to explain his ideas he apparently never tested in the arena of argumentation.
Since you think you are a doctor and know the ins and outs of it, of course you do! your blanket generalizations for everything (god did it!, trump is always right!) apply here right?
https://www.sju.edu/centers/icb/blog/truth-telling-in-medicine"The principle of nonmalficence – the duty to do no harm – and the principle of beneficience – the duty to act for the benefit of others – have ancient roots in the code of medical ethics. But truthfulness does not. The Hippocratic Oath does not mention an obligation of truth-telling or disclosure, and until 1980 even the professional code of the American Medical Association did not say anything about dealing honestly with patients. Over the years physicians viewed the truth as something to conceal or reveal in so far as it impacts the therapeutic welfare of the patient. For example, a physician might be reluctant to disclose the diagnosis of cancer to a vulnerable patient if he judges that the truth would be harmful, unsettling and depressing"
I also lie to the government to get testing I think is needed or to speed things up (I am sure you don't do that in business right? family is the same as a random stranger to you and your high moral standards) LOL. Such a pretentious lil prick
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC1071554/"Physicians have a fiduciary relationship with their patients. At times, what they must do for patients comes into conflict with societal values and laws. When a physician thinks that a patient needs hospital admission, it may be necessary to falsify a diagnosis to facilitate the admission. Although this is a form of lying, it may be justified if it is in the patient's best interests.
Lying is sometimes entirely justifiable and even ethical. Whether or not it is legal is irrelevant. What is legal does not always reflect what is ethical. For example, slavery and Jim Crow laws were once the norm in parts of the United States. Even though they were legal, both institutions were unethical. Conversely, the Underground Railroad was illegal and required lying, but it was ethically sound."
So retard, now that you have been dispatched again, care to answer a question? what is the best evidence for creationism? is it the pictures of the people riding dinosaurs?
You do know that lying is a spectrum right? as an autist I figured you would know that but I get that you can't tolerate uncertainty, it requires a particular developmental position your brain is too ossified to accept.
Let me get this straight, you either have integrity or you don't, it's a binary? you can't have more integrity at times, become debased, grow etc.. it's all or nothing is it? What about honesty? it's all or nothing? so you always tell the truth and never lie? not even to yourself. Please... grow up ffs.
