However, it is against the law to drink alcohol in a state park, plus he refused the breathalyzer.

Maybe he wised off to the park ranger. 

He'll be fined and have to do community service.

Then he'll say f*ck you to NJ and move to Florida and live next to Bon Jovi.

Not true. From what I read, and I could have been misinformed is he refused the initial portable BAC test on site. When they got him to the station he submitted to the breathalyzer and registered the .02
My guess is this will be thrown out as a DUI and likely he will plead to the lesser charges mentioned about consuming alcohol in a prohibited area.

The whole story is suspect. Apparently he was riding his motorcycle. Fans saw him. So, he stopped and had a shot of tequila with them. Was he not wearing a helmet? How would they have known it was him?
