The night I went to bed 230 I woke up 223 I believe I can lose about 5lbs overnight sometimes I imagine I pass some using the restroom I sweat some off and I would suppose my body converts mass to energy for repairs

Those are 34 inch waist shorts they were tight on me 2 days ago and yes were lose today my waist size fluctuates a lot. I absolutely can't wear a 32. I am not showing any crack though that is the actual shape of my back

Solid 225 today. Can see the injury but condition is slowing coming back. Doing some 20 rep sets now so going a little heavier. I mean for fuck sake I have put on 10lbs in the last month since I started this thread and it looks to be 10 solid ass pounds to me. Y'all talking about its all fluid and belly and fat bullshit. I have been eating until I get sick from eating at night and I have put on 10 solid lean pounds in a month despite only doing light training. Its all about the food that is the key everyone said I was going to get fat yeah right. My body is dying to grow it just needs the food.

Honestly Structurally I think I beat them all. A couple of the littler guys look good but I would dwarf them and the big guys structure sucks. I am as big as the biggest guy with as good of a structure as the littliest guy. I win the show. I am bigger than 7 with much better structure. 9 looks good but I would have a lot of weight and height on him I am wider.

I have brought certain areas up. What slowed me down was dieting down to 198lbs a couple times. Again by all means post a pic show us you are doing better nope you just spend all day talking shit. Meanwhile you have 16 inch arms
