It's true.

Based on the County court records it's not the first time.

Seems there was a legit reason for him to not be allowed to leave the State.

At least he was fairly honest about that.

However, "only a misdemeanor" was a bit of a stretch.

That sent my spidey senses into hyperdrive.

This is why it is important to expose these frauds, he is a repeat offender and needs to be treated as the piece of trash that he is.
