I kind of do too. I don't like womens boxing. It needs major changes. Women's MMA is outstanding. I'd like to see women boxers fight in the octagon using mma gloves and the same minutes/round scheme that mma does. But with just boxing. The gloves they lose doesn't allow for them to score many knockouts/knockdowns and the 2 minute rounds is pathetic.

The beach walks are more about digestion which is my major limiting factor. I have been diagnosed with Chrohs, Barrets esophogous, and Gerd. I used to do high and low calorie days but started just doing high and my digestion is giving out again. Also added too many things may have gone slightly toxic having some blood. I am going to have to go lower calories for a couple days now until it settles very bloated and gassy. Weight is going to drop but will push again in a few days. I have my son this weekend so will just shut everything down and start up again Monday
