If you’re over 40 and don’t have a pro card, why abuse your body with drugs for a plastic trophy? He last competed in 2018 and was 5th out of 5 guys. Time to hang up the little tiny posing trunks and preserve what health you have left if any. He has children and needs to think of them first, not himself.
To be fair not everyone is abusing their body with drugs. This guy doesn't look like he needed to be 263lbs to get to this condition at 220lbs. The additional fat he must have been carrying at 263lbs is probably his biggest health concern. Him dieting down 50lbs is probably improving his health at this point.
Also just because someone is over 40 doesn't mean life is over and they should just sit on the porch in a rocking chair so they don't hurt themselves because their children need them. Is he too old to have a little fun??? My brother is 45 and just summitted Mt Mckinley should he have stayed home and avoided that risk because he has kids? People die climbing that mountain. I am 43 years old and race dirt cars people die racing cars should I only play golf now that I am a dad? You can't just stop living your life
