Im merely posting the difference between real muscle (Natties) and fake, bloated Temp "Water-Muscle" (IFBB Pro's, NPC Nationals, etc).
Im not saying you have "fake muscle" when I post about it. (So dont be so defensive for them).

Im talking about the 300 lb guys who are lucky they would be 220 normally... Not real, not maintainable... (Without the poisonous cycles they run).

Nothing in life is maintainable eventually we all get old and weak and die. I look healthy shredded and fit as shit is I drop 10lbs. I am trying to bulk right now and again you guys are going off late night weigh ins vs actual posing. That dude is skinny with 16 inch arms and actually weighs 185lbs I am twice his damn size and every bit as healthy and fit

Just been working out around 2 months after a 5 year layoff and lung Cancer,but I am making great progress.

I never said I was a great bodybuilder bro,but I dont compare myself to Makkawy cuz I weigh more than him.
