Women 400 hurdles record was smashed too.

3 fastest ever athletes ran PBs and were 123 in both mens and womens finals.

On paper it looks incredible. In reality is an improvement in the footwear they're using for the event and a track that perfectly suited it.

Crouser is 6 " 7  320 lbs and moves like a cat.   When he lets the shot put go its like a fng canon goes off.  His last through eould have been 77-78" with a little more arc.
