Warm up w 35lb db for 10 min
3 sets - 10 x single arm 75 DB clean and press - 10 Side Lateral Raises with 30lb DB
3 sets - 10 x single arm 75 DB clean and press - 10 upright rows with 35lb DB
3 sets - 10 x single arm 75 DB clean and press - 10 bent over side laterals with 35 lb db
3 sets - 10x DB shrugs with 75lbs
This took about 35-40 min. Was a bear. You think that is crossfit stuff?
Simple - grab a 75 put on floor - pick it up and press overhead 10 x - then do the laterals, uprights, or bent over raises.
That is as compound as f and hypertrophy for shoulders , traps, etc.
