I have an ulcer and a hernia the point is it doesn't matter. Just like old injuries. I could eat less and lift less and feel better but I don't care. I am going to eat and train regardless because that is who I am. When the wheels fall off it is time to pick up the pace.

Not sure what is so complicated I said I was waiting for knee sleeves before going heavy. I tested the waters and squatted a couple days ago. I will do again in a couple days and add another plate. If all goes well after that I will bring down the reps and try a heavy squat once I have my sleeves and have tested reps with lower weights. I don't train legs everyday its going to take 2-3 squat leg workouts as in reps before I am going to try a single rep squat. I never said I was going to make a video that day. I was asked what I can squat and yeah I would say 405 for a rep. That doesn't mean I am going to try it first time squatting in years. I am going to make sure first. But no one is more excited to try it than me. But yeah also not stupid will slowly bring the weight up and make sure nothing pops or snaps. Everyday you gusy want a video I have trained squats once I am going to take a couple workouts and get my knee sleeves before doing a one rep max attempt.
