why are you trying to lift heavy with a hernia? why dont you get it fixed? it's only a 2-3 out of the gym

Says he squatted one set of 50 reps then 5 or 6 sets of 15 when he only got 13 with 225....YOU DO THE MATH.  ;D

Ni gga` please.....I was doing 5 sets of 10 deep reps with 315 while weighing around 165 pounds and my legs suck.....and I was well over 50 years old.

I never claimed it to be 315 there is no room on the bar for the standard 10s I had to use the thin 10lb bumper plates to fit 2 plates and clips past the standard 45. I have a new bar being delivered Monday with more room as I can’t make incremental adj bar ends are too short again why I need thinner powerlifting plates as well
Also never said I squatted anything yesterday was leg extensions at home

I care and I am having fun doing it helps motivate me to train and is hitting a weak area differently not sure why it makes everyone around here so mad. But yeah you guys claim I don’t weigh what I weigh and my arms are just fake oil and I lie about their size so I guess I will let the powerlifting meet director weigh me in and let my lift speak for itself. If any of you think you can do better by all means have at it
