4 sets flat bench
2 sets seated barbell military press 135x8 was a little weird getting the bar off the rack but something different
3 sets hammer incline press
3 sets 20 single cable press downs
2 sets double cable press downs
3 sets cable crossovers 
2 sets of 20 side laterals
1 set 30 it dumbbell shrugs
Solid bicep. It would be so much impressive and larger with some triceps. No sweep whatsoever. Bottom of your arm is flat. You don't like training triceps?

He does 4 sets of sissy cable work for Triceps and 15 sets for Biceps twice a week.

It’s funny you say that because my leg injuries are what first got me into the gym training seriously to begin with but yes I have injuries and setbacks I could not walk 4 years ago. All things considering I thing my legs are doing GREAT right now. Saying I never trained legs is just not accurate

Where is the bad injection/infection mersa scar from 25 years ago in this pic?

Was it magically healed for a portion of your life?

You need to jump back on Tren whatever it was you were taking back then.

No way are you strict pressing 155 on a regular Olympic bar if "135" felt odd on the Smith.....and what`s with jumping back and forth to differant bodyparts.....finish one part then move to the next....Christ that`s basic.....and why no skullcrushers....you do realize that Triceps make up 3/4 of the arms mass?

This is not a smith machine it’s 2 regular 45lb plates on a regular 45lb Olympic bar it’s free weights strict press and I did 8 reps with 135lbs having never tried the movement right after my working bench press sets it is not a machine in any way 1505 for 1 is not a worthy challenge  I said that before stop the nonsense but if someone wants to make a worthy challenge let them pair their video first Matt probably does 200lbs for reps it’s just the kind of stressor he would like but yeah I did 8 reps with 146lbs it wasn’t my favorite and I felt it in my rear delts not front at all

LOL, 155# military press would crush you. Since you obviously don't know the difference, you did a seated shoulder press, a military press is a standing movement, without momentum from the bottom, strict. 135x8....LMAO

It’s a seated military press no one Said I had to stand on my knee to do it it is as strict as can be seated and I did 8 reps with 135 just feeling out the movement so yeah 155 for 1 is nothing
