I just set a world record in the 165 pound class.

Did a 435 pound front squat.

Everyone was in amazement and i got a lot of high fives from the older folks.

55+ Age group, 165 pound class.

I just crushed it, wasn't even close.

Everyone in the world had a chance to sign up for this meet, i'm obviously the champion.

Fuckin a boys!

Do you need shoes to walk??? Take it up with the powerlifting federations. I can strict curl the same weight with or without a belt. But the rules say you can wear a belt.

Take it up with the powerlifting federations. I can strict curl the same weight with or without a belt. But the rules say you can wear a belt. I did an entire workout with a belt. During a workout of any kind you are not going to notice the belt to much adrenaline. However yes after a workout if you were not wearing a belt your back may hurt as you may tweak it doing a million different things. Why risk it? Also I have a lower back issue to start the last thing I want to do is tweak my lower back in training. But yes absolutely on meet day I can take the platform with or without a belt and it isn't going to make any difference. Again the belt the wall your shoes your fucking singlet none of that lifts the weight. Should I just lift naked do my balls really need the cupping support of my underwear? Is my underwear givign my balls support would a ball pop off if I didn't wear underwear? Fuck off with your nonsense you wouldn't be able to move that weight an inch with your 16 inch arms.

You just wrote that you dont use your low back during the lift, now your shoe analogy has been blown out of the water you are now saying you may hurt your back so why take the risk.

You tweak your lower back bending over and lifting the weight off the stand the lower back does not come into play once you are on the wall. You will not even notice it until the next day but the belt is not helping you on that wall as the lower back does not come into the lift. But why do I have to argue with you. You have no desire to actually learn anything you just want to argue and try to discredit the fact that I can lift considerably more than you with my bigger arms.
