You haven’t been there in a while, aren’t training with coop now training at home.

How long does this workout take to complete?

7 mins?

Do you have Gatorade after this session?

I had 3 warm up sets in the 15-20 range to get to my working sets. I probably took 5 minutes between each set so 8 total sets x 5minutes each for rest would be 40 minutes plus 5 minutes of actually lifting so it would be about a 45 minute workout.

I can anytime I want but the meet is in mid July. I am just doing volume work right now. I will get back to training together for heavy single days about 12 weeks out.

There is no issue between me and coop you guys again are just making up nonsense to argue about. If I wanted to train with Coop today I could but his house is a half hour away and he trains first thing in the am. I am more than capable of curling at home the next two months. After that at about 12 weeks out I will start training every other Saturday heavy singles with Coop for help with my technique and motivation. I can only do every other though as I have my son half the time and can't leave him early sat morning. It is fun to train before a meet and get hyped up with another competitor but I dont need to do that year round. I am in a deload phase right now using higher reps and leaning out. After the show I will focus again on bulking back up and hitting heavy singles for the July meet. But masters nationals is in July as well so have to see what my weight does.

5 mins between sets of 8 reps???  WTF.  That insane load on the CNS should require a MINIMUM of 10 mins rest between sets!!!  Are you TRYING to overtrain??

I don`t think I`ve ever rested 5 minutes between sets in my life except for between heavy ass squatting sessions,high rep squats,and deadlifts.
