5 mins between sets of 8 reps??? WTF. That insane load on the CNS should require a MINIMUM of 10 mins rest between sets!!! Are you TRYING to overtrain??

I don`t think I`ve ever rested 5 minutes between sets in my life except for between heavy ass squatting sessions,high rep squats,and deadlifts.
