He is soft he beat 2 middle aged munchkins at 154lbs his pro card doesn't make him a real 200 plus pound bodybuilder. Put up a pic I guarantee my so called atrophied arm is still better than both of yours. I have no atrophy or nerve damage. I have a pec tear that causes me not to flex the right pec as hard so as not to show the tear. But the tissue is still there. The right bicep is also fine. I had a right tricep surgically reattached 20 plus years ago that now has a higher attachment point now which makes the tricep look less full. The left arm not the right actually had a tendon bicep cut during a shoulder surgery that changed its shape so it is more peaky that the right. The right bicep is good. But the size difference between the left and right arms is about 3/4 of an inch and it's due to the tricep not the bicep. Most peoples arms are about 1/2 an inch difference anyway. So yeah one arm is 19 pumped and the other is about 18.25. You can take back a 1/4 inch on both if cold. Anyway you slice it I am still fucking jacked at 220+ and dwarf the guy.

Well, considering this is a Bodybuilding forum . Muscle matters is an IFBB pro, and you are not so on the Bodybuilding scale of things he > you.

If you wanted to win a 50 year old weight ( who weighs more ) contest, you win.

Can’t sleep just had a steak sandwich so not an empty belly but this is current middle of the night 224lb post steak sandwich condition and it ain’t bad. In fact I would say arms down the right arm bicep actually looks better as does the right shoulder  than the left but yeah everything looks pretty damn good as of now size and condition and balance my strength is also high eating so fuck all the haters.

Your arms are clearly regressing. From the overtraining. Your pecs are Miss shaped. Your arms are half the size of each other.

Of course zero legs.

Brian, why don’t you get your blood pressure checked. Your skin looks brown/purple. Let me guess you’re going to blame the lighting or you just got to the tanning bed some other  excuse?

I am carrying significantly more muscle I am at least 15lbs heavier a nice mid summer picture in summer daylight is always going the skin to look better than a darker bathroom pic with no natural light but it’s December

It’s almost as if you have no concept of lighting at all my blood pressure is in the ideal range

Good pic Bhanky, but considering all the gear you take the results are disappointing.

It's obvious the drugs are no longer working and your androgen receptors are burned out.

You should go off the drugs completely and get your body to reset.  Might take a year or more.

Bring your gonads back to life (if possible).

You might have mental issues when you lose weight and drop to 180-190 lbs.

Be strong bro.

When was the last time you checked your blood pressure? Have you checked your creatinine levels recently? Your skin  discolouration resembles the early stages of  jaundice.

Warmup:
Airdyne 2 min
3 min sled pull
3 sets:
Banded GM x 10
KB swing x 10
Elevated SS x 10 per leg

Strength one:
Power clean 3 x 2 at 90% of 2RM

Strength two:
Front squat 2 x 10 at 70% of 3RM

Stamina for time, 3 rounds consecutive:
20 inch DB box step ups x 10 per
10 ab raise on bench'
200m run at 9 rpe
15 push up

Stamina 4 rounds, 2 min rest:
Airdyne 30 cal as fast as possible (called for 50 but fuck that)
Hold bottom of squat for 60 sec

Recovery:
Hip airplane x 5 per
Hip rollback x 5 per
Hold bottom of squat x 3 min
