Warming up with bar for squats, lower-back tight/sore. (Whole posterior chain needs help).
Did another set w/ 135, burning pain, scrapped that shite. (Wayyyy to tight).
Leg-Press - 4 sets
Leg Ext - 4 sets
Leg Curl - 4 sets
Rotary Calf - 4 sets
Rest of that shit ^^ was half-assed as I limped around. Will go back to alternating SQ and DL every other week for now.
Too much for bad lower back.
Wrist Curls - 4 sets
Shoulder Press Machine - 4 sets
