I thought I would get a 4th attempt but apparently you only get a 4th attempt if going for a world record. I hit 71 kilo rather easy on my 3rd attempt I feel like I had more in me. But still had fun. Having painful side cramps now def dehydrated

Remember how you said you know everything there is to know about physiology and you can heal yourself?   Why haven't you been able to do so in all this time?

This guy was 3lbs shy of the all time tested record I think he curled like 211lbs or something they actually tested him at the meet as well he won the overall and the best lifter belt



Did you tell him he isn't shit because he isn't in shape like you?  I mean, that IS your measuring stick for everything.  Did you take a pic of yourself without your shirt on at the meet?  That would SURELY have impressed the subjective judges enough to give you a 4th lift and the respect you deserve

Weight is super light right now but condition is great and strength felt great.  Heading to the mountains to snowboard for a couple days but will get back to training when I get back. Ankles are not holding any water legs are cut up and everything funny I weighed in at 219 yesterday lunchtime

You need a 170 to qualify in the 220lb weight class so no I did. Or qualify for the Arnold however I made 156.5 which is a respectable lift and I do feel I could have made 160 if given a 4th attempt. I didn’t realize you only got a 4th attempt if going for a record. I could have gone for my age class record which is like 170 I think but I can’t make that I do feel I had 160 in me. But my first meet I just want to make my lifts and have some fun I will absolutely go for 73 kilo next time or 160.6 but first meet wanted to stay conservative and make my attempts. I knew I wasn’t going to win anyway as the National champ was in my weight class. But won my age and took 2nd in my weight class but I only lifted 155 in practice so 156.5 was a new PR and a nice sandbag I can try to beat next time.

Yes, sounded like fun, dosed up on anadrol and dehydrated

This was my 2nd lift at 150lbs or 68 kilo apparently my son was playing a game in the phone so my girl didn’t get the 3rd at 71 kilo or 156.2. But this is 68 kilo or 149.6 but it will show I made 71 kilo or 156.2 on my third lift. They may put a video out that shows my 3rd lift not sure my girl filmed this but you can see 68 kilo was nothing. But yeah they go by kilos so you have to convert it 

I think they took video of everyone’s 3rd lift so may have the video of that lift soon not sure

I was 219 at lunchtime yesterday for the official weigh ins I was sick again last night so I was worried but still showed up and still made my lifts.

It`s not your REAL bodyweight dumbass.....you eat a zillion junk food calories and weigh yourself, then say you are 225 pounds when in actuality if you took a few dumps and a leak you`d weigh 205.

I really do want to give him credit for trying something other than bodybuilding, making it there, competing, and accomplishing a goal.  You hit the nail on the head....Brian does NOTHING to help his cause. 


What say you Brian?  Wanna try for a week and actually stop looking down on others' training and perhaps, just maybe, see that people would prefer to be more with you than against you?

If you ever get onstage at a bodybuilding contest you will be dehydrated and pretty much empty of food.
