I will make it easy for you.  30 sand bag cleans for time @ 100#?  I will video.  How fast can you do them?  Wanna bet you can't beat me?  If you're strong, it will be light.....if you're in shape you won't gas out (like I know you will)

You just run around in a circle between sets and think it’s hardcore training it’s not when you add that nonsense to your weightlifting you just burn your sugar go through your atp and wind up being inefficient and sub par

Go for a jog then do 5 sets of 5 no rest with mediocare weight because you are winded and tired from jogging and no rest then claim it’s hardcore training meanwhile you didn’t stress or microtear the muscles and they were already depleted before you started that is what you are doing

Knowing Bhank you can just imagine how his day went when he fought Clegg.

I feel great, am jacked, have enough energy for 5 people, don't puke in my car, don't need a diaper, move a lot of weight effortlessly, doing endurance events, other endeavors at the same time w people half my age, etc.

The rest of us could do CurlBro stuff without blinking an eye or breaking a sweat.

I was in a match they declared him the winner of the match I won the fight no one can declare sometime the winner of a fight that’s nonsense. I could continue I wasn’t given a chance they disqualified me before I even knew what was going on. But yeah I got hit 0 times and he took 100 shots to his head while on his back and I was told to get off him by the ref twice I won that fight. He was declared the winner of the match by the ref not the same thing

This is exactly what he did. Remember he tried to tell us the ref wasn't holding his arm because he had a dislocated shoulder and then it turns out that's just how they announce winners.

They didn’t even let me see a dr between rounds to look at the shoulder. I told the ref I had a shoulder issue and he immediately disqualified me they didn’t even give me 10 seconds to get checked. There is a reason the ref isn’t holding my arm. But yeah I caved his head in for 2 rounds and I can absolutely do it again. That dude was concussed that night he spent 6 minutes on his back getting hit in the head

These losers all had a dislocated shoulders too

The mma match was 12 years ago I never brought it up in the forst place you asked what happened I told you can only say it so many times. Meanwhile you all said I was weak and had no arms or had oil in my arms so I went out and did a strict curl contest and curled 71 kilos. Now you all claim it is technique and everyone could do it well can any of you???? Not that hard to find out none of you have claimed it the last 30 pages so I would say no. I guess I have the strongest arms here
