Still don't have gyno do have a tear on that side so muscle is shaped different and I do have some skin shape issues when flexing that side but I dont have a lump inflammation tenderness puffy nipple or glandular growth. 

I also havent upped any dosage of anythign I dont have much in my sytstem took 2 weeks off then 200mg last Monday and 200mg yesterday so 400mg in 7 days. But sure I took 20grams since that is the only explanation you have for a 45 year old man making gains.

Have you ever considered trying one of my workouts or dietary intake? Have any of you considered that? I get you think I am all drugs but when I look at your guys workouts and diet it's like no wrong wrong wrong if you dont know how to train and eat 400mgs of test isn't going to help you anyway

I actually did one set of skull crushers with the ez Bar but my left shoulder was making all kinds of grinding and popping noises so I stopped after one set as it wasn't stable

I could also tell you how I have made significant changes to my training. If you think I am on multi grams plus everything else even better that means the training and philosophical strategic changes I have made to training and weight are working and would probably work for anyone. But I will not enlighten you just take 400mgs of test and say 3 hail marys since you think that is all that matters
