All I know is I will be stronger at the end of 2023 than 2022. The heavy curls have actually helped the injured right chest. The narrow grip strict curl squeeze is pushing blood into it like low cable crossovers. Really helping pump up that injured tissue. The bench press strength and stability is finally starting to return the tie in which was holding back the training feels much stronger than before. Additionally the upper back and lat does come into play as a stabilizer in the strict curl honestly your entire body comes into play when you start getting heavy. I am not training for condition I am training for strength which just so happens to get me into condition. I am not bulking I am just eating when hungry and letting the body do it's thing. The right arm is closing the gap rapidly. Still concerned with elbow issues if I do too much tricep work but seems to be doing ok will start to increase gradually. The legs feel good. I know how to bring out the leg detail. Tentative plans are a strict curl contest at 220lbs and maybe a show at heavyweight 225lbs. No plan to go much outside that range this year just going to focus on dialing things in and getting stronger. I do feel the injuries are better and ready for progressive heavier training now.

Do a low cable crossover for lower chest. Then go do a strict curl you are squeezing the same area. It is strengthening my chest.

I have never photoshopped a pic I have weighed in countless times. Hell I was 219lbs at the weigh in for the strict curl contest. I would be 230lbs if I was trying to bulk I am not and I am weighing 225lbs in the evenings and 220 plus in the am these days

Are you doing overhead dumbell extensions? They put too much pressure or drag on my elbows until they were so sore and tender, knocking them was horrendous.
Kickbacks and pushdowns take that away and now I'm pretty much pain free.
