I was bulking 235lbs with a full belly in that pic and it was probably a year ago. Meanwhile I am shredded right now when I am not trying to bulk but that doesn’t count lol

What legal steriods are you taking for strength gains like all powerlifters?

I am actually looking at the march 4th event not Feb 25th event that is closer to me and at Wilmington Beach which is more fun than middle of nowhere NC where the Feb 25th event is being held. That is with the Rogue bar and 365 Powrrlifting then July is in the Gopher Bar with SCN. Hopefully I am at a qualifying lift by July for the Olympia in late November in Florida that is the goal. But if I can set some state and age group records that would also be nice.

Honestly I really don’t feel in any danger of tearing a bicep the lift starts fully extended if you can start the lift the bicep can handle it. People get tears when they start contracted and then extend too much weight. It’s those slow heavy negatives that tear biceps as they over extend too heavy on a weakened muscle the muscle is full strength at the extended portion when you start extended much safer. People get tears starting preacher curls at the top too heavy then extending not safe. Starting the curl at the bottom is much safer

First off that’s not the starting point of my lift. 2nd I don’t need to argue with you guys about my form or the weight because there are going to be 3 judges at the meet and a sanctioning powerlifting organization handling that. But yes I was fully extended at the start of the lift it was absolutely a good lift

This picture clearly shows, his arms are uneven and the larger arm is pulling the bulk of the weight to get started

You do realize that is the right arm aka the smaller arm you have indicated is pulling the bulk of the weight in the pic? The left arm actually started slowe but made it up first in the lift the left side of the dumbbell actually hits the wall at the top prior to the right.

This is the bottom and the arm is fully extended notice the shoulder has not come forward arm straight down the arms have to come in to grip the ex bar again you are so desperate to discredit me instead of accepting my accomplishment. It’s  a new Pr and absolutely a good lift but again no worries I am going to be competing at a sanctioned meet soon enough

I am 45 years old. I am going to do what I enjoy doing.  I enjoy heavy curls and arm work. I also do train legs but I am never going to compete at the Arnold or Olympia in conventional squats deadlifts or bench press due to injuries. I think I can compete at a bid national show with a little more training in curls surprisingly despite injuries and age and they are fun.  I also do think they will improve my arms. So it is a win win that doesn’t mean I am not training everything else.

Show the frame in the video where you are actually "fully extended" then, if this isn't it.  Your claim was that the frame I show here isn't the "starting point".  You are a good 30 degrees from full extension.

It's a shit joke lift, do something serious like a deadlift if you want anyone to care.  Can you even deadlift 315?  I doubt it.
