Why not use a straight bar and just fully extend the arms?

This may shock you but I don’t make the rules. The rules of a strict curl say you use an EZ curl bar maybe if you did a couple you would figure out why.again though you can not bring your wrist directly below your shoulder with your back in a wall the bar can not go through your legs. You simply do not understand the mechanics of the movement. I am sorry you don’t know what a strict curl is but why not just say that instead of trying to argue with me about it?

I was the first to comment that his arms weren`t fully extended right from jump street and dropping the negative portion of the repat warp speed signifires to me that you have no control over the weight used..... just shows to show that this is a Micky Mouse organization for attention whores like this sad fuck.

They will use their traps to initiate the lift with a shrug and their arms will explode as they try and throw the weight up. They will then drop their traps and shoulders and try and pop their elbows under the weight from there it’s a fight to the finish. You want to keep the weight close to the body as well but you know what they don’t talk about you know what you won’t hear backstage at a strict curl contest? You won’t hear anyway talking about the negative because there is no negative in a strict curl you daft dumb twat

Exactly asshole cuz they are skipping/omitting an entire portion of the lift.

They are all great at partial rep curls....I`ll at least give them that.
Their is a lifting and a lowering of a rep on every exercise, but ballistically dropping it is not a good lift......in any real lifters world, but not in Disneylands organization Mckey!!

And thanks to my new 25lb bar and my new badass painted 1lb rogue red change plate plus my 45s and 2 10s per side  I have now accomplished a new PR.  Can’t be regressing if I m still improving. 157lbs and counting . Oh damn I forgot my rogue aluminum collars are half a Poond so this is actually 157.5 a lb heavier than my meet lift

It is filling in it was worse which is why I didn’t flex it before. But it takes time. There is nothing to repair the tear is not to the tendon it is the meaty part of the muscle. The doctor told me it would be like trying to sew hamburger meat back together. But the tendon is still fully attached which is good news the dr said there wasn’t as much muscle attached to the tendon but the tendon is intact and the connection to the bone is fine. They can’t see muscle back together they repair and sew tendons back together.  It muscle can howrteiphy and fill in. I have seen multiple orthopedics about it and they all said no surgery would make it weaker not stronger

If you deadlift correctly...YES!

I could give two fux about Eddie Hall....look at powerlifting these days.....extremely excessive arching on benches......spotters touching the bar during the lift....dropping deadlifts as well as not arching back to lockout (not talking knees here,though you have no clue).monolifts,squat suits,bench suits, and the dumb org. you`re in which is sloppy half rep curling not powerlifting at all.

Too many orgs these days that bastardized the original rules laid put by legends of lifting.

I did AAU powerlifting when the shit was real.
