I don’t need to prove what is a known fact standing barbell curls are easier than strict curls idiot I don’t need to show getbig every odd lift they claim I can’t do. If you can strict curl x amount you can standing curl x amount and then some. Again if you trained you would know this. I don’t have time to argue with people who don’t train
