Chad said that his athletes were told to weigh their portions initially but then just used eye measure. Chad calculated approximately how much barbecue sauce Ronnie used but I imagine it's easy to double your sauce sometimes etc.  :D

I also remember him saying he was stumped why Tom Prince wasn't losing fat at some point. Turned out he was using a ton of salsa sauce  :D
Salsa tends to be really low calorie. He must have been using a lot.  ;D
