I think the ban happened around the time the RIP Pellius thread was started and stickied, which was November 15th.   So 30 day ban would be a couple more days still.

Muscular Development made Shizzo a moderator of the main forum.  Not sure why but his ban was 30 days along with bhanks...i honestly dont want Shizzo back here as he was pretty worthless.  Bhanks is annoying but at least he's a bodybuilder
