So I checked your comeback journal from 2015 and you maxed out at 135lbs on incline press? Care to comment? How weak? Real Weak and who does a set on bench with 65lbs? A fucking ELF that is who carry on

Well I joined one of the 2 college gyms in my little town which are the only gyms in the area and boy am I sore.
Week number 1:
I did one day upper body and the next day legs followed by 4 days off............got extremely sore even though I didn`t push it.
Week number 2:
Monday-Chest:
Smith Inclines:
65-20
95-12
135-5
85-12
That was my first day back training in ages.....notice the word comeback moron.
Some of my best lifts double bodyweight bench press....300 pounds at 150 bdwt.
405 deep squat at 160-165 pounds bdwt....315 for 4 sets of 10 and 2 sets of 8 all below paralell....370 for a triple.
DB Inclines-----100 pounders for 5 reps cleaning them myself all the while falling back on the bench hoping I land correctly.....at 160 bdwt......40 pounds more than I weighed.
DB Rows- 5 X -10 -12 reps with the 100 pounders
Seated Alt, DB Curls-75 pounders with a slight cheat to get the weight started then a super slow negative,,,,5 reps at 165 bdwt.
Barbell Curls-150 for 5 reps while weighing 150....very slight cheat....extra slow negative
Skullcrushers- top weight was 140-8 reps at 160 bdwt.
Chinups a few sets of 20 anytime wide grip,dead hang,chest to bar
Not incedible,but very credible for my size.
I could go on but fuck yourself bitch.
