Yes as his frame would allow but he had a much smaller frame. When you would see the pros in clothes he was half the size of the other guys. Then on stage he would look bigger because he had a bird frame. The point is he wasn't a 250lb mass monster. He won because he was the most shredded balanced guy on stage not because he was the biggest. He never looked massive in street clothes

Dex wasn’t as wide as a Cutler, not many were, but he was HUGE in street clothes. He looked like a freak even amongest his peers.

I was like you, I always though Dex was small until I met him in person. Dude was built differently.

I have met and spoken to both of these gentlemen a few times over the years. Dex is nice, but depending on the day he can be a little standoff'ish to common fans. When we spoke, I told him I was from GetBig.com and he enjoyed talking about the craziness that occurs here. Believe it or not, many IFBB pros pay attention to GetBig especially during contest time. Many judges read this very forum to get insider gossip. That said, I think he used to pay more attention to the forum(s) a few years back, but will likely care less now that he is retired.

Kevin is a super nice guy. Very approachable and honest with regards to the industry. In the picture above, he does look very slim. Reminds me of the type of guy that would offer you some help at the local clothing store. Dexter was always a structurally small guy, even at his biggest if you put him in normal clothes he would get dwarfed in a room of normal guys. There's a photo of Roelly posing with some asian soldiers where he is getting absolutely dwarfed and Roelly was far bigger than Dexter.

These guys are all genetic subhumans compensating with drugs.
