Im thinking I saw it after watching the trailer, but it was almost 20 yrs ago now.
Worth a re-watch, looks like Netflix has it. Plus Ray Liotta is in it. (I like movies like that).

Watched a movie on Shudder "Broadcast Signal Inrusion" (2022), not bad...

While logging tapes of decades-old TV broadcasts, video archivist James (Harry Shum Jr.) discovers a surreal and disturbing clip that James believes is the product of a mysterious broadcast signal hacking. His discovery takes a sinister turn when he tracks down similar broadcast intrusions that send him on an obsessive mission. Now James must confront two very real possibilities: that the videos may be clues to a crime beyond all comprehension; and that whoever was behind them may be very aware that James is coming uncomfortably close to the truth.

Would have been much better if the ending was better, but whatever.

Now go watch Mardi gras massacre!!  and after that watch nail gun massacre, torso, strip nude for your killer, eaten alive, The Prowler (should be released in 4k soon), the funhouse, humanoids from the deep, Blood Diner, Blood Hook, Dead And Buried, Madman, Don't Go In The House, Terror Train (scorpion released the better version), Giallo In Venice (not horror but still good), Sleepaway Camp Camp series, slumber party massacre 2 and 3. I think this is a decent start for you before you really go into some dark shit. I'd say give The Gestapos last orgy a try.
