Again I get that people don’t like me but to continue to pretend I am 180lbs with 16 inch arms is just nonsense. I have been weighed taped and measured a million times. I am 510 and 3/4 proven with my Army entrance paperwork. I am 225lbs pounds with a dozen video weigh ins and MMA wrestling and yes even bodybuilding competition history. I have taped on video at 19 inche arm and neck. I wear a 34inch waist. I have 16 inch forearms. Do I need to have my stats verified by Nasa???

Honestly I was getting closer to being a single digit handicap and I started trying to lift golf specific in my regular workouts and it was the worse thing I ever did to my swing and now I’m struggling to get it back.
