There is most likely a lovely young woman under there. That's like bearing the sins of OJ and Magic Johnson all wrapped up in a nose. I am not kidding. I truly feel sorry for this kid if that is real. That cannot be real. Her neck would have to measure 24" just to support the weight of her nose.
