That picture reminds me of a trip to Jamaica about 15 years ago. Girlfriend and I went on a tour to some waterfalls. At one point, our minibus and the other two following ours stopped in a small village to eat and drink. Then I noticed something really strange: The other two buses were jam-packed with white females of all nationalities and were there to stay. I asked around and one of the local fellas told us with a smirk on his face that they were there "to get serviced". 
The picture above reminds me of that.
Actually this goes on alot in African and Caribbean countries.......its called sex tourism where white women take organized trips to get serviced by the local population.....lots of guys going over the Phillipines and
Thailand for the same thing.....Gay tourism is big where guys travel to Thailand and the Eastern European countries to have sex with young boys
