It's got to be the quintessential grindhouse movie. The director made porno movies to finance regular movies like Cop Killers. He died in a head-on collision a couple years later. You can see lavalier microphones under the shirts in a lot of scenes plus you can even see the sound guy ducked in the back seat when they got back to the city after the first shootout. The girl you mentioned got paid 2X the rest of the cast(they got $50 a day) because she took her top off.
