Considering the neighborhood, doesn't surprise me one bit.
I was at work just up the street for one of the few white owned business in the area...a big rig dealership. We were hunkered down inside and a few were on the roof with rifles and pistols for protection. I recall a black family nearby took him in and called for help. That area has gone from black with a lot of Korean liquor stores to Mexican and is now very calm except when Mexico wins a soccer game...then its all Mexican flags and one huge parade. A few tipped over cars last week was the exception.
