We do 3x100 squats once a month with a 25lbs plate on each side, pfffff
Gives you that homo walk for 3-4 days 
That's quite a decent load, props.
I did 2 circuits of legs, chest & back (leg presses, machine dips, front pull downs, leg extensions, bench presses & cable rows).
It was a bless for my joints, they slowly became painful, not within 30 secs like a normal set.
