
What is the point of dead-lifting that much weight? Is it pure ego and bragging rights? What benefit does one get from this, except exposure to severe injury to the knees and lower back?
I never understood the point of massive weight dead-lifting exercises. The dude looks as if he's shitting out an over-sized, sideways turd.
