It's just adaptation to environment.  Most white people are from climates where it's not sunny all the time.  A lot of Sicilian people for example can spend hours in the sun and get dark tans because it's sunnier there than other European regions.   Did you drop out of school at age 10 or something?  -didn't learn about evolution?

I got outed by some of Vissy's friends who were trying to stab me in the back and Billy Guns let me know about the shit.  I never had a problem being out but there was no reason to bring it up.  The only people who knew i was gsy at the time was True Adonis and Chad Mower.  But why are you even addressing me about Walter Sobchak??? The fact is Bast is that you come back on Getbig after . What 10 years and act like you were some legendary Getbigger and that everyone is going to get down and worship you.  The fact is that i, OMR, chaos, wes, etc arent from the past but we've always been here.  You do rank well above Shizzo and had a great physique in the Mr Getbig but thats about it.  A lot of things have changed and you need to catch up with whats been going on since you last left but you need to quit being butthurt over everything said about you which is why you left the first time to begin with and you'll prob leave again when Walter or some other Getbiggers snatches your tators.

I wonder if this is why whites built buildings/structures to fight off the adverse consequences of sunlight exposure? Where as permanent shelters werent as necessary for blacks as the exposure to the sun wasn't viewed problem.

There was no evolutionary pressure for tribes in Africa to develop largescale dwelling structures.  I can't see why, say for example, the Mau Mau tribe of Uganda would have needed to live in houses.
