x2 I think folks don't realize how small even a great 212 guy will look next to all the 250-300 monsters in an open show.  Granted Flex will be bigger than normal, not limited to 212, but he's still going to be one of the smallest guys out there.

I think Flex at  his best is better than the current crop of crap but if he wants to retire, I don't blame him.  Believe me when I say that health is something best kept rather than trying to recover it.

I honestly think that Nubret was the most genetically gifted bodybuilder of all time, especially with respect to what the judges call symmetry and proportions --- limb length, torso length, muscle insertions, posture, etc.

Also, he might be the only top-tier bodybuilder to ever look genuinely athletic.  He looks like he could run a 5K -- or ruck over some hills for a few hours -- at a good pace without dying or cramping up.
