What macros do you seem to think I am not getting? You guys see the fat and carbs and bitch while ignoring all the protein I am eating. Fat and carbs are protein sparring your body will use the protein for energy not muscle building  if you dont get enoigh carbs and fats. Also here is a back shot today per request tell me more about how it is a glaring weakness and exposes me how I have no lats or V taper or how I am bloated and holding too much water.

It is at least 75 and sunny as can be right now it will be 80 later and its also a lot warmer by the water. I just packed a bag I am warming up more food.
