Right, I agree.  I wouldn’t even do it if I was just a regular Joe…If there’s an issue, you’re fucked.  Hair transplants aren’t THAT expensive, save up or finance it.  For a wealthy guy to do it is insane.  Makes you wonder if they’re not as wealthy as we’d think.

I think the celebrities use a “hair system” that gets affixed to your natural hair and can get wet, etc.  has to be replaced every month or two as your hair grows out so it’s pretty expensive, like $20k a year.

Finasteride works for nearly everyone and the rate of side effects is greatly overstated on the internet.  Millions of satisfied users after decades on the market, if youre concerned about hair loss just get finasteride from hims or one of the other men’s health online services.  Even if you got a hair transplant the surgeon would put you on finasteride to keep the non-transplanted hair from falling out
