I agree with Bevo, it looks like a transplant but then the original hairline kept retreating.

It looks like a hairpiece if you compare the hair from the sides with the “ hair” on top.

Look at where his hairline actually recedes, which you can see, he’s also had his hairline lowered way too much, if you look closely you can see the grafts in the front

It’s not a good surgeon Sly picked, he should have contacted Mayweather about transplants in Turkey

Not the most recent hair pic but can see his hairline is much lower here


This from years ago you can see he had probsbly a forehead lift with transplant. Scar running under hairline

anyways, i think its a hair system.  I dont think he could transplant enough hair to make the dramatic changes people here are claiming.  Keep in mind: an eyebrow is about 250 hair follicles, Stallone's lowered hairline would be thousands of transplanted hair

His hairline seems to differ,  in tulsa king looks like it a system
