Deadlifts - 3 sets (after 2 warmup sets)
Barbell Shrugs - 3 sets
Barbell Rows - 3 sets
Two-Arm DB Rows - 3 sets
Dumbell Pullovers - 3 sets
Lying Plate Neck Raises - 3 sets

NGB 135-60,155-50,175-40,195-35,32,30,25

5 sets Barbell wrist curls 135
Superset
5 sets Reverse barbell wrist curl 65

Crucifix laterals cables 8 sets
Superset
Shrugs db 80s 8 sets 20s

5 sets Crucifix laterals dbs 20s
Superset
5 sets ab wheel 20s

ironat posted he did crucifix laterals today and I never thought of doing those but holy shit my delts were smoked like never before. Crazy pump and soreness. New favorite exercise,thanks ironat.

They feel easier on the shoulder joint too.

Do they seem that way to you?

Yeah much better on the joint, it is an awesome movement. It seems it would be front delt but it smoked my side delts.

Good one wes, how much snow you get? We only got 1” after they hyped up this storm and cancelled school.
Thanks Ron,we got about 2 inches to add to the present 8 inches we already have........it`s supposed to snow here for the next 4 days.

I am so sick of fucking winter it`s not even funny.

Giant set style
All three before I rest
5 circuits of this
Then db shoulder press,rope pull downs then barbell shrug
Same sets 5 times around not resting till all three are done
Finished up with db laterals down the rack
Good workout as Wes would say Train hard!

Not going to bench for a while, shoulder setback, doing too much w/ Slingshot, etc...

Can still do some Presses taking delt out of it.

JM Press - 6 sets
Incline JM Press - 4 Sets
D-Bell Skull Crushers - 4 sets
Dips - 4 sets
Tricep-Press (cable) - 4 sets
