you guys are killing it! I am doing cardio only till the end of the month I am having some blood pressure issues and got to get it down by the 27th.It’s really starting to PISS ME OFF!!!!!

I think some people use beet powder and omega 3 supps....but not sure.

Fri:

Airdyne/sled pulls, yada yada yada

Bench:  1 rep every 30 sec for 9 minutes

Seated DB V Press x 12 / DB Row x 12

12 Min AMRAMP:
10 push up
5 cal airdyne
10 underhand BB row
5 cal airdyne

Sat: aforementioned trail run....

Yesterday:
Airdyne / sled / banded RDL / curl up / reverse hyper / banded rotation

Rack pull:  1 rep ever 30 sec for 9 min

DB Split squat x 12 / hip thrust x 12

and.........skipped conditioning - that f'n trail run fatigued my legs and hips, and I was not recovered.  Pussed out.

Thanks.....still bugged by how much the run messed me up.

That is what sucks about it - if you don't train the run consistently, you suck at it.

Yup, I can imagine how it would screw you over if not performed consistantly, then getting a 4.5 mile run in on occasion.....that`s gonna` take some recovery time for sure.

Take an extra day off if needed....it may do you good if you feel you need to.

I will GR thanks. I actually am on a script for bisoprolol with hctz but I am going to have to make some kind of adjustment because it is still high

Im sure Doc can adjust whatever meds you're on then.
I wasn't sure if you were just running into this and looking to try something before jumping on a beta-blocker..

no I am going back to see her the 27th. I just got back on testosterone and she is going to bitch if my Bp is high

Cook it may sound stupid but eat a few cucumbers a day. I eat maybe 6 mini cukes a day and it helps for sure. Everytime I eat cukes my bp drops after a few days.

good idea thanks. I use to give blood every 8 weeks when I was on test. I need to get back in the habit.
